What challenges did you have using Excel?

My name’s Gary, and I’m a healthcare data analyst. I use a lot of Excel, probably 90% of the day.

Remembering the different ways of doing things, the other options you have, and the different formulas can be challenging.

So when you don’t know something, you tend to go to Google to find it. When you are using MyExcelOnline, that’s your first source of information.

Did you have any concerns about enrolling on the course?

I mean, it’s one of those things that since you’re paying money to access. There’s a lot of free resources out there. You have to ask, is this worth paying for?

What was your Eureka moment?

When I started using the Power Query add-in in Excel, I was not familiar with it. But the size of the data kept getting bigger and bigger, and I needed a way to manage it.

Our machines were limited with bandwidth at work. I realized that this particular add-in could make my life so much easier if I learned how to use it.

It was very refreshing to go through the steps module by module and learn Power Query.

There are hundreds of resources on the internet, but I’ve found MyExcelOnline to be one of the best. The monetary value for what you get and what you pay for is well worth it.
